All praise, all glory, and all honor be unto GOD the Father and Our LORD Jesus Christ! It is good to learn and to teach and to be taught in GOD according to and by The Spirit of GOD. GOD has given unto us, “The Apostles of the Most High GOD” to train the Ministers of The Most High GOD, according to The Word of GOD and by The Spirit of GOD, that they might be able to serve him in Spirit and in Truth! That the Ministers in turn will be able to train “The true Born again Children of GOD,” how to serve him in Spirit and in Truth, according to his mighty Word. In order to do this, they must understand who they are in GOD that they may be able to serve GOD and the Body of Christ.
There are many who present themselves or claim to be the Teacher of GOD, yet do not understand the ministry of a Teacher, nor how to be used by GOD so that GOD might be glorified. Though the examples of a Teacher are given within the Word of GOD they refuse to “read” and “study” the Word and conform to what GOD has set in order.
There is no greater example of a Teacher in The Word of GOD then “Our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.” Throughout Christ ministry, The Master was continually teaching The Children of GOD how to serve GOD in Spirit and in Truth. Don’t misunderstand, I am not trying to limit the LORD to any one Ministry as he gave the ministries (all 5, Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers; Ephesians 4:11). A Teacher of GOD would know these things as well as “The Principles of the Doctrine of Christ.” These are also the 6 basic principles which Christ taught (Foundation of repentance from Dead Works, Faith Towards GOD, The doctrine of Baptisms, Laying on of Hands, The resurrection of The Dead, and Eternal Judgment) found in Hebrews 6:1 – 2, and we see him operate in them as well as teaching them throughout the 4 gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John).
It is good to teach and to be taught as I am continually being taught each and every day by The Spirit of GOD. When we become unteachable GOD can’t use you for his purpose. We will never know all there is to learn in GOD (not in this life). GOD does however want us to evolve in him. When a Teacher does not understand his ministry, who they are, they become a liability and can do great damage in The House of GOD, rather than be a blessing to the Body of Christ and to GOD. They begin to try to teach about things they know nothing about as they have not taken time to “read” and “study,” The Word of GOD. They don’t know how to rightly divide “The Word of Truth.” The Word of GOD is talking about spiritual things and only applies to those that are spiritual (see 1 Cor 2:14). It can only be taught by those that have the Spirit of GOD dwelling in them. A man can read the Word front to back cover to cover and without being Born Again and filled with The Holy Ghost, they will only get their own natural or carnal understanding of what they think The word is saying. They then go about to establish their own righteousness rather than righteousness according to The word of GOD. They then go about to do their own thing or begin to “wing it;” say what they want to say or teach what they want to teach. This is not GOD! It is also a stench in GOD’s nostrils.
A true Teacher of GOD will search the scriptures for the truth and the answer to the question. Comparing scripture with scripture. They will never “shoot from the hip.” Knowing that souls are at stake, and that people will now be standing on what you gave them. That is why our answer must always be according to GOD and spiritual. The Holy Ghost will teach us all things and bring all things to remembrance. When we have the Spirit of GOD in us, GOD is able to teach us all things. We don’t need to be able to quote scripture “verbatim,” we need to understand the scriptures and provide “righteous teaching” according to The Word of GOD and by The Spirit of GOD. GOD can use men of GOD filled with his Spirit to teach us things (the writings by the Holy Apostles in the New Testament).
A Teacher of GOD is apt to teach and should be ready to give an answer of every man that ask him (by the Word of GOD and led by The Spirit). “If any man speak let him speak as the Oracles of GOD.” That means my answer will always be according to GOD (the Word says, The Master says, GOD hath said, The LORD said, etc.). They will know how to prove GOD is GOD according to his Word. They will never be out of order or be a disruption to the Body of Christ. They will be able to guard The Body of Christ against “False Teachers (those attempting to mislead the Children of GOD).”
The Lords Teacher in the house of GOD has an essential role when it pertains to the children of GOD getting instruction at the best level from those chosen and ordained in this calling. It is a calling from GOD and not an appointment, position or job.
They must first understand that it is one of the five ministries (Ephesians 4:11) that the Lord established for the House of GOD. It is a ministry that one must be chosen to by the Father and not just assumed. Then the spirit of that ministry, Teacher, will come forth from the Spirit of GOD within them for the overall Church. It comes with all the power and authority the LORD ordains.
To be GOD's Teacher is not something that you can go to school for or chose for kicks. You cannot become one by attending a seminary or by going to the world’s system or college. But only according to the standards of the LORD in His Word, and his ways is for one to be chosen by Him, ordained and consecrated for the work that will come with it.
Many will try to operate in the ministry but fail because they are not chosen. They will not have the desire of a true Teacher of GOD to study, study and more study. Nor will they have the passion and excitement to teach the word in such a manner that you know they are in love with it and what they are ordained to do. It is their love of the word that will separate the true Teacher of GOD from the wannabes. Them having a posture to defend the word at any cost.
A true Teacher of GOD will study, research, review, ask questions and study some more in the Spirit to ensure they are receiving correctly and that they are confident in what it is the Lord would have them to teach. As with all of us they are responsible for the “Whole Word,” but their approach is with a lawyer mentality. To dig and find those things that others might miss for righteous teaching. Rightly dividing the word of truth!
They never tire of the word nor the opportunity to teach others. As with all true Children of GOD the minister “Teacher” sees it as an honor to be chosen of GOD in their capacity. To serve others in service to the Father is what enhances their joy knowing the Father is pleased with their commitment. A commitment for life, unto their death in this world.
The Ministry of a Teacher can be male or female. To be a true Teacher of GOD, you must have a spiritual relationship with GOD. You must be willing to seek GOD’s face (pray), read and study the word and be willing to hear from him and what he has to say and show us by the scriptures. A Teacher must be willing to make the sacrifice of time. Devote some of their time to reading and studying. Why do I keep saying reading and studying? Because there is a difference between the two. When we study we go word by word, line by line, stop take time to research to get an understanding, use other tools if necessary; i.e. concordance, dictionary, Greek, Hebrew or whatever it takes o gain the correct understanding of what the Word or a scripture is saying. Always pray before studying. The enemy will constantly be sending and creating distractions in your life in order to keep you from studying (family, job, relationships, finances, spouse, children, etc.). When you are focused on the things of this life and this world, it is impossible to focus on the things of GOD, or to receive from GOD or see what GOD is trying to show you!
A Teacher must be devoted to studying in order to come to and obtain the wisdom and knowledge of GOD. They should always have an area that they can go to (at home, or away) and study. In today’s electronic world they should have a copy of The Word of GOD on all electronic devices as well as a physical copy of The Word of GOD.

GOD the Father has blessed the Teachers of GOD with many examples of righteous teaching throughout his Word. It is inexcusable for a teacher to say, “I didn’t know,” or “I was never taught.” It should be that important for a Teacher to want to learn their Ministry/Craft and how to serve GOD according to The Word of GOD and in Spirit and in truth. I pray that as a Teacher of The Most High GOD you will give GOD his due, and learn to be a blessing to him and the Body of Christ and to be used by GOD. There is no greater honor!
